    • [Fri 8:00 PM] Skip and Cal wait in line with the much taller human students to enter the Teddi Dance for Love. They look cheerful, wearing their Teddi shirts, while they sweat in the sun.
    • [55 degrees Fahrenheit] Music blares from the large gym at the Student Life Center. The sky and ground are clear.
    • [Sat 8:00 PM] The Student Life Center is now completely covered in snow, which now fills the air.
    • [15 degrees Fahrenheit] Someone calls, "Bye, dancers!" as Skip and Cal leave the dance among the students. Cal's feathers freeze like icicles while Skip shivers.

As if we haven't already thoroughly trampled this ground already.

I believe this was my second comic (here's the first) covering the Teddi Dance for Love, which was a big event on our small campus.

The building depicted here is the Student Life Center on Fisher campus, in the large gym of which Teddi is held.

This work originally appeared in the Cardinal Courier, the award-winning student-run newspaper at St. John Fisher College, between 2007 and 2011.
