• Cal: "Finish your taxes?" Skip: "Yup!"
    • Cal: "Not gonna e-file?" Skip, inserting his completed paper form into an envelope: "Nope."
    • Skip: "I'm gonna K-File!" Cal: "What?" Skip now has the sealed, addressed envelope tied to a large acorn.
    • Skip drops the acorn-with-envelope-attached from the branch they're standing on. It goes "KLUNK" "KLUNK" "KLUNK" on the heads of three passerby below (two humans and a dog) and finally lands with a "KLANG" inside of a USPS post box. Each "KLUNK" and "KLANG" begins with the letter 'K'. Cal: "Oh."

    Gotta love those squirrelly puns.

And... we're back after a long break! Truth be told, I wanted to keep the last cartoon, Time, on the front page for awhile, since it's one of my favs. Plus maybe I got distracted with some other things.

But now we have only a few Fisher-era cartoons and comics left. Does this mean I'll start drawing new comics to fill the void that will be left once they're all up? Do I even remember how to draw? Will I incorporate the cat we've acquired as an arch-villain for Skip? Stay tuned to find out (by subscribing, following, or liking below, if you like {har har}).
